Anti-Spam Policy
Spam is any email sent to someone who has not given their direct permission to receive messages related to the content of that email.
A single unsolicited email to an individual may not necessarily be considered spam. However, sending unsolicited emails in bulk to people who have not granted permission is considered spam and is strictly prohibited.
Our email platform may only be used for permission-based email marketing. Accounts found sending spam or violating this policy may be suspended or permanently terminated without prior notice.
Required Content in Every Email
Every email sent through our platform must include:
- A clearly visible one-click unsubscribe link.
- An unsubscribe process that immediately removes the recipient from future marketing emails.
- Once a recipient unsubscribes, they must not receive any further promotional or marketing emails unless they subscribe again.
Who You Can Email
You may only send emails to recipients who have provided clear permission to receive communications from you. Acceptable methods of obtaining permission include:
- Subscribing through a newsletter signup form on your website.
- Selecting an optional opt-in checkbox on a registration or contact form. The checkbox must not be pre-selected and must be chosen voluntarily.
- Completing an offline form, survey, or competition entry where it was clearly stated that email communication would follow, and the participant explicitly agreed by selecting an opt-in option.
- Existing customers who have purchased your products or services within the past 12 months, where applicable under relevant laws and regulations.
Multiple Account Abuse
Creating multiple accounts with similar purposes, identical email content, the same sender identity, or the same destination links to bypass restrictions or account suspensions is strictly prohibited.
Accounts created to evade previous suspensions or violate platform policies may be permanently disabled.
Account Suspension
Accounts may be temporarily suspended for investigation if email campaigns consistently show unusually poor performance or indicate potential abuse, including:
- Spam complaint rate exceeding 0.2%
- Bounce rate exceeding 5%
- Unsubscribe rate exceeding 1%
- Open rate below 3%
During the investigation, you may be asked to provide proof that recipients gave permission to receive your emails. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in permanent account termination.
If the investigation confirms compliance with this policy, your account will be restored, and you may continue using the service.
