Customer, You, or Your means the individual, business, or organization purchasing or using services provided by Peppihost.

Fees refers to the charges applicable to the services selected by the customer, as published on the Peppihost website.

Intellectual Property Rights include copyrights, trademarks, patents, service marks, trade secrets, designs, know-how, and any other proprietary rights recognized under applicable law.

Services means any hosting, domain, email, website, or related services supplied by Peppihost.

Peppihost, We, Us, or Our refers to Peppihost and its authorized employees, contractors, and representatives.

2. Acceptable Use of Services

To maintain a secure and reliable hosting environment for all customers, you agree not to use our services for activities that are unlawful, abusive, or harmful to others.

The following types of content or activities are strictly prohibited:

• Hosting or distributing illegal content.
• Copyright infringement, including unauthorized software, movies, music, games, or other copyrighted material.
• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene content.
• Malware, ransomware, phishing pages, viruses, or malicious software.
• Hacking tools, password-cracking software, exploit kits, botnets, or similar applications.
• Spam, bulk unsolicited email, or fraudulent marketing activities.
• Content that promotes illegal activities, violence, or hate speech.
• Any activity that disrupts, damages, or negatively impacts our infrastructure or other customers.

Peppihost reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be violating this policy without prior notice where necessary to protect our network or customers.

3. Fair Usage Policy

Our hosting plans are designed to provide generous resources suitable for normal website operation.

To ensure consistent performance across our servers, customers must use server resources responsibly.

If an account consumes excessive CPU, RAM, disk I/O, bandwidth, or other system resources in a way that affects server stability or other users, Peppihost may:

• Request that the customer optimize their website or application.
• Temporarily limit resource usage.
• Recommend upgrading to a more suitable hosting plan.
• Suspend the affected service if the issue poses a risk to server performance or security.

This policy is intended to maintain a stable and reliable hosting environment for all customers.

4. Billing & Payment

4.1 Payment

All hosting services must be paid in advance according to the selected billing cycle. Services will be activated after successful payment confirmation.

4.2 Pricing

Prices displayed on the Peppihost website are subject to change without prior notice. However, any pricing changes will not affect an active billing term that has already been paid.

4.3 Renewals

Unless cancelled before the renewal date, eligible services may renew automatically using the payment method saved in your account. Customers are responsible for ensuring their billing information remains accurate and up to date.

4.4 Failed Payments

Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in service suspension or termination. Peppihost is not responsible for any data loss resulting from unpaid or expired services.

4.5 Refund Policy

Eligible hosting plans are covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, unless otherwise stated.

The refund policy does not apply to:

• Domain registrations or renewals
• SSL certificates
• Software licenses
• Third-party products or services
• Add-on services
• Service renewals

4.6 Fraud Prevention

Peppihost reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order that contains inaccurate information, suspicious payment activity, fraudulent transactions, or unauthorized chargebacks.
